This role serves as the owner of all aspects of the Product Development and Sourcing Strategy for Lands’ End Men’s, Women’s, Canvas and our Lands' End Outfitters Business units. Some key functions of the role will be to develop and implement strategies that will maximize revenue, gross margin, GMROI and EBITDA. You will develop and continuously assess the global supply chain ensuring that cost, quality and on time delivery are meet in support business needs. You will also build and lead a world class Sourcing/Product Development team including but not limited to staffing models, efficiency standards and employee review process. The Sr. Director will need to manage and develop strong internal and external relationships with vendors, design, merchandising and planning.
