The Export Coordinator will support the global business development managers in various facets of the business. To include but not limited to, order processing, creation of export documentation, working with freight forwarder, brokers and steamship lines. An effort by Dawn to work closely with customers to provide them with high quality products and the highest level of customer service.  Job Description:  Set up new customers in JBA / Maintain customer profiles Create Profroma Invoices for new and existing customers Contribute to the development of work instructions for this position Help Process map department as it relates to the interface with production facilities and transportation Intermediaries. Confirm Orders to customer and place sales orders into plants – produce export documentation (Cert. of Origin, Cert. Free Sale, Ocean / Air Waybills of lading, Health Certs, and help coordinate logistics. Work with letters of credit. Work with Regulatory, Finance, Corporate QA etc. to ensure we are meeting all government and global Regulations surrounding the export of bakery ingredients from the any one country to another. Assist in processing incoming invoices for payment. Approve invoices and assign proper G/L codes etc. Assist entire group in developing standard operating procedures manual Monitor and review customer price lists with Business Development Managers Assist with the reporting of data under sugar re-export program
