Duties include but are not limited to: Audit, tracking, and coordination of various tasks related to order fulfillment, distribution and shipping of components and finished goods to and from various vendors and retailers.Work with the Supply Chain team within the Retailer Production Team Assist in Syspro supply chain system for cleanup Process and post Proof of Deliveries (PODs) from print and display vendorsProcess and post PODs for outbound shipments to retailersCompile vendor invoice tracking Arrange for inbound shipments from vendors to distribution centerTrack and update notifications for all shipments to retail partner stores and distribution centers as well as to 3rd party logistics warehouseAudit and approve bundle, case and pallet label proofs from print vendorsPrepare periodic reports and logistics vendor data.Coordinate inbound transportation from print and display vendors Process re-order hotline callsOther duties, responsibilities and expectations as assigned If you are interested in this position please email your updated resume and salary requirements to
