Driving an assigned CHEP vehicle they build working relationships, seek, identify and negotiate the return of our assets in their assigned geographical territory. This position requires continuous contact with the NPD and local recycler community with focus on improving flow through ratio (FTR) and recycler returns from the previous year, while identifying and researching Asset Protection opportunities and educating accounts on CHEP ownership rights. POSITION DETAILS / RESPONSIBILITIES:• Make a minimum of 45 quality visits per week assuring all visits are properly documented and entered into Siebel as required.• Make a minimum of 20 documented phone calls each week entered into Siebel as required.• Achieve assigned FTR in assigned territory• Identify and submit sales leads as required from field visits• Follow up and close out all Blue Code leads in assigned territory within the appropriate amount of time• Zero Harm: Work and drive safely in order to avoid personal injury and vehicle or property damage. • Ability to route themselves efficiently and effectively to produce results.• 20% overnight travel QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:Work Experience: • 1-3 years in field customer service, sales, operations.
