Details: As a Vendor Relationship Manager you will be responsible for defining data interfaces and developing relationships between Ultimate Software and vendors receiving data electronically from Ultimate's customers using Ultimate HCM products. You will be managing expectations for services provided to our mutual customers in establishing the data interface, testing, and expectations for on-going support.  This position can be located in our Atlanta, GA office or Virtually.RESPONSIBILITIES  Negotiates standards, develops and documents interface guidelines for vendor relationships to include Companion Guides and similar documents Establishes transmission standards with vendors/partners using standard data transmission protocols and compliant data encryption methods. Establishes standard procedures to implement framework for vendor implementations, testing, sign-off for production, and turnover to support for the implementation of new interface files for customers. Maintains appropriate information related to vendors, status of vendor relationships, implementations, testing, contacts, and other relevant information in the designated application or shared database. Uses interface tool to develop templates to meet vendor requirements for file formats. Performs training for internal teams to communicate new processes used for centralization of vendor activity as developed. Develops business requirements for enhancements of interface application as needed to perform functions needed to support vendor requirements
