Tracking and oversight of default administration vendor's performance.??ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS•Controls and regulates vendor performances.•Prepares performance reports, which include findings, assumptions, and recommendations for improvements.•Facilitates performance discussion meetings with vendors.•Conducts and performs vendor audits and servicing reviews to ensure company risks are minimized and policy and procedures are followed.•Ensures regulatory and internal audit controls compliance.•Maintains all meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and action plans for vendors conducting business for Default Servicing.•Conducts follow-up audits to ensure completion of action plans.•Makes recommendations for process improvements.•Completes the bill back process when a loss is caused by a vendor.•Participates in onsite vendor audits.•Some travel may be required.POSITION QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS)•College degree preferred.•Minimum of 3 years default servicing and attorney management experience.•Strong analytical skills.•Ability to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of associates and management as well as with internal and external customers.•Strong negotiation skills with ability to resolve conflict and resolve problems effectively.•Ability to make decisions independently within set policy and procedures.•Proficient with MS Excel and MS Word.
